SHIPPING POLICY

NOTE: Due to the current situation with USPS along with complications caused by COVID-19, some of our carrier partners are experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Order Processing:

Please read the following carefully: On average, orders are processed within 5-10 business days (M-F) after completing your order (excluding weekends, holidays, sale events and pre-sale items).

 

Due to Covid-19 regulations please allow 5-7 business days (M-F) after completing your order to receive a shipping confirmation and tracking.
Purchasing Priority Shipping only gives you a faster transit time, it will not expedite the orders handling and processing time.

 

In order to expedite your order processing time, please make sure to verify all information before completing your purchase in order to avoid any setbacks or delays.

 

TAMAARCHIVES reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

 

TAMAARCHIVES is not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages. It is important for customers who live in apartment complexes to stay up to date with their tracking and delivery in order to avoid missing or stolen packages. We offer the option to require a signature confirmation upon delivery in order to best track the handling of your order.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped. You will receive an e-mail that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your order.

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active and begin to see updates. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2-5 business days, please feel free to reach us directly via e-mail.

 

Delivery Information

TAMAARCHIVES is not responsible for the physical delivery of packages. In the event that a package is lost or misplaced, it is recommended to contact your local delivery service (based on method at checkout: i.e., USPS, UPS, etc.) to gather more information on the physical delivery of the package(s) and/or to file a claim. In the event that a package is lost, we will help retrieve the package in any way we can. Please contact us at contact@ridiculeapparel.com for additional information.

 

International Orders

International orders are subject to customs fees in their country of destination. Ridicule Apparel is not responsible for any additional fees associated with the order in other countries. In the event that an order is refused based off of fees, the package will be returned to us and there will be a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit to the customer. Please note that shipping fees are not included.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! We ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS or EXCHANGES due to the fact that we don't want to deal with returns or exchanges so please be sure to pick the right size. 

If you happen to receive a damaged item email us a picture of the item and your order number and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a solution to either exchange the item or get a full refund.

 

Exchange requests are to be made within seven days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt and proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns. Insurance is recommended for all return shipments. TAMAARCHIVES is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.

TAMAARCHIVES has the right to refuse any return.

 

Damages and Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: 
Tamaarchives does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges: 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, all refunds, order cancellations, Paypal disputes, and chargebacks will be issued via store credit or a full refund. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
